Arsenal have completed the signing of Greece international Christos Tzolis from Belgian champions Club Brugge, with the highly rated forward joining the Premier League club on a long-term contract ahead of the new season.

The 24-year-old arrives in North London after two outstanding campaigns in Belgium, where he established himself as one of the country’s most productive attackers, scoring 43 goals and registering 45 assists in 108 appearances across all competitions for Club Brugge.

Tzolis began his professional career with Greek side PAOK Thessaloniki after progressing through the club’s academy. He helped PAOK lift the Greek Cup in 2021, scoring five goals in four matches during the competition.

His performances earned him a move to Norwich City later that year, where he made an immediate impact by scoring twice and providing two assists on his debut in a 6-0 Carabao Cup victory over Bournemouth.

Following loan spells with Dutch side FC Twente and Germany’s Fortuna Düsseldorf, the winger joined Club Brugge in July 2024, where he developed into one of the Belgian Pro League’s standout performers.

He played a pivotal role in Brugge’s Belgian Cup triumph in 2025 before helping the club secure the Belgian Pro League title in the 2025/26 season. His consistency earned him the Belgian Pro League Player of the Season award in consecutive campaigns.

On the international stage, Tzolis has represented Greece 34 times since making his senior debut in October 2020.

Arsenal Sporting Director Andrea Berta described the signing as a major boost for the club ahead of the new campaign.

The Greek international has been handed the club’s No. 17 shirt and has already joined his new teammates at Arsenal’s Sobha Realty Training Centre for pre-season preparations.

Arsenal confirmed that the transfer remains subject to the completion of the necessary regulatory processes.
