Hulk Hogan Faces Boos During Surprise Appearance at WWE’s Monday Night Raw

Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan made a surprise appearance at Netflix’s “Monday Night Raw” in Los Angeles, but his speech was met with loud boos from the crowd. The 72-year-old WWE legend, accompanied by longtime manager Jimmy Hart, entered the Intuitive Dome in Inglewood to his iconic walk-out song, “Real American.” Sporting merchandise from his Real American Beer brand, Hogan attempted to energize the audience by reflecting on his wrestling legacy and calling the fans his “greatest tag team partner.”

“You, the fans, have been my greatest tag team partner because you’ve stuck with me through thick and thin,” Hogan said, though his words were largely drowned out by the audience’s boos. He went on to promote his beer brand, calling it his new “tag team partner,” and reminisced about past partners like Randy Savage and Andre the Giant. Hogan declared the event historic, citing WWE’s new collaboration with Netflix as the “greatest tag team partner of all time.” Despite his enthusiasm, the crowd’s disapproval persisted throughout his speech.

Ahead of the event, WWE announced a multi-year partnership with Real American Beer. Hogan expressed his excitement, stating, “From the first time I stepped into the ring, I’ve always fought for something bigger than myself. Together with WWE, we’re bringing pride to America, one beer, one match at a time.”

Hogan, a key figure in wrestling since 1977, became the face of the WWF in the 1980s, winning five championships and achieving numerous accolades. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame twice, in 2005 and 2020.
