A report making rounds currently has indicated that the Chairman of Igbudu Market, Mile 2, Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, simply identified as Okpako, has died while having an affair with his wife’s salesgirl in a hotel room.
Okpako reportedly died at the unnamed hotel located at the Odibo Extension in the Igbudu area of Warriwhile the lovers were smoking cannabis and having an affair intermittently.
According to someresidents of the area, the man got “extremely high”, causing the lady to panic and rush out of the hotel room half naked to call for help.The man was rushed to the hospital but was confirmed dead by the doctor.
The acting Spokesperson of the State Police Command, DSP Edafe Brighter, confirmed the incident, adding that thesales girl has been taken into custody.He said:
“It is confirmed. The man died in a particular hotel. While we cannot tell for sure until autopsy, but I think he took some drugs.”
