Enugu Governor Commends Custos Care Foundation’s Youth Development Initiatives: The Governor of Enugu State had the pleasure of meeting with a group of talented young individuals participating in the Custos Care Foundation‘s August Bootcamp at the Government House. During the visit, the Governor shared the core principles that have guided his own journey, emphasizing the importance of hard work, technology, courage, and empathy in achieving success.

He stressed that success is not a destination that can be reached through shortcuts, but rather requires determination, a willingness to embrace innovation, and the courage to reassess and adapt when necessary. The Governor also highlighted the significance of empathy, encouraging the youths to remain sensitive to the needs and feelings of others as they pursue their careers and ambitions.

The Governor commended the Custos Care Foundation, led by his wife, Her Excellency Mrs. Nkechinyere Mbah, for their commitment to empowering young people through scholarships and training. He noted that the foundation’s efforts are crucial in preparing the next generation to lead with knowledge, wisdom, and compassion.

The Governor also reaffirmed his administration’s dedication to providing platforms and tools to support the growth and development of young people in Enugu State. He highlighted initiatives such as the Smart Green Schools and focus on future skills like Robotics and AI, aimed at equipping the state’s children with the skills needed to thrive in the future.
