The Managing Director of AFIA TV, Chief Emeka Mba, has commended the organisers of the Sportsville Special Recognition Awards for nominating Amobi Ezeaku the Rangers International FC General Manager as the Football Administrator of the Year.

Chief Mba in a post made on Afia TV Facebook post described Ezeaku as a “big asset to the football community, not only in Nigeria but across Africa.” He highlighted the Rangers International FC General Manager’s exceptional contributions, stating:

“Look at what he is doing with Rangers Football Club. He has transformed the club’s fortune within a short time. Sportsville deserves praise for recognising and appreciating his efforts.”

Amobi Ezeaku, upon receiving news of his nomination, expressed gratitude and reaffirmed his commitment to the club’s growth.

“This is a huge honour for me. I thank the organisers for finding me worthy of this prestigious award. My best is yet to come. Rebuilding Rangers is a work in progress, and we are determined to do much more in the coming seasons.”

Enugu-based media consultant and long-time Rangers fan, Ambrose Igbokwe, echoed these sentiments, stating that the people of Enugu hold Ezeaku in high esteem for the club’s remarkable progress since he took over as General Manager two years ago.

With Ezeaku at the helm, Rangers International FC continues to make significant strides, solidifying its place as one of Nigeria’s top football clubs.
