The Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), South East Zone, has announced its town hall meeting with the Family Home Fund for the South East which will hold on the 9th June and also the association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will hold on 30th June, both by 9am at the Amadeo  Events Center behind Elim Plaza by Ebeano  Tunnel, GRA Enugu.
REDAN, therefore, is inviting the general public – those who want to own houses, people who want to be a part of real estate developers and have some services, ancillary services that they can render to real estate developers, to attend the events.
According to the Vice President of REDAN and Chairman REDAN South East Zone, Pastor Engr Makuachukwu Chidiebere Udaigwe;

“It is a time for us to meet together and foster ways of continuously providing affordable houses to Nigerians.
“There is going to be site visitations, there is going to be a lot of interactions, synergies, collaborations, that is going to come up that day. We want to invite everybody.”

He explained that all REDAN members are coming from all states of the federation to Enugu for the AGM in the South East.

“So these are the two programs we are going to have this month. And it is going to be interesting.
“That of the 9th, we are partnering with the federal Family Home Funds Limited. They are coming from Abuja. They are actually a strong setup by the Federal Government to fund affordable houses for Nigeria. They have done that in so many other zones, but we are bringing them to the South East so that our people will begin to enjoy. They did it in South South, they have one or two estates in Asaba. They have done in Kanu, they have done in Kaduna, they have done in far North.
“We want to bring them to the South East so that they can sponsor projects in the East. This Federal Government funding, our people need to be a part of it. We the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria are sponsoring the program and we are the ones organizing it. And the AGM is our national program.”
