A business person, identified as Mr. Lawrence Olorungbon, his wife and three children were found dead in their apartment in Apapa area of Lagos with the cause of death yet to be ascertained as detectives at the State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba, continue investigation to unravel the circumstances surrounding the deadly incident.

According to reports, the secretary of the deceased man, Njoku Treasure, said she could not reach her boss on his mobile phone last Wednesday. After subsequent attempts to contact her boss failed, she decided to visit his residential apartment located at Apapa area of Lagos. However, on getting there, Njoku saw that the entrance door to the house was locked.

However, she perceived an offensive odor from the apartment and there were flies all over the place. Njoku alerted the police at the Apapa division who visited the scene, forced the door open only to behold the decomposing bodies of the business executive, his wife, and the three children.
