Ude Lashes Out Hard At Presidency As FEC Observes Now Ever Routine One-Minute-Silence

Jackson Ude, a veteran Nigerian-American journalist, has lashed out at the Presidency a few minutes ago on social media in reaction to the observance of now habitual one-minute-silence at the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meetings.

There had been a call for a one-minute-silence an hour ago at the FEC meeting being attended by President Muhammadu Buhariand Vice President Yomi Osinbajo at Aso Rock Villa in honor of the victims of Monday terrorist attack on an Abuja-Kaduna train.

Mr. Ojo in response to the call which many Nigerians have observed is now one too many, stated as follows:

A minute of silence. Is that what you were elected to be observing. How many more minutes of silence do you need to observe before you come to terms that you are a colossal failure and a disgrace? RUBBISH!

Nigerians are however, advised to be cautious in their choice of words and to weigh their statements no matter the level of provocation they are facing.
